Arago is a narrow but bright band located just outside the orbit of the Le Verrier ring. This wine is a glorious blend of two classic grapes from the Barossa and a personal favourite of Simon.

Colour:
Dark red with purple hue.
Aroma:
Blackcurrant and spiced plum aromas, complexed by chocolate and vanilla.
Palate:
Australian Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz blend. Fruity with cumin, olive, and dark cocoa notes. Oak and vanilla finish. Aged 30 months in French oak. Sealed with QORK.
Cellar:
At its best: now to 2038.
